SHIPPING POLICY

Internet orders usually ship within 2 business days unless an item is back-ordered or custom order. We do our best to notify customers if there will be shipping delays while waiting for new stock to arrive.

 

We offer a choice of USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS (Ground and 2-Day). Shipping charges are based on weight and package dimensions and are calculated by the carrier’s own algorithms (USPS or UPS). We understand that customers are sensitive to shipping costs and we do our best to keep costs down.

 

 

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after all discounts applied and before tax is applied). This and other shipping promotions apply only to the 48 contiguous states (the lower 48) and will only apply to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. This is indicated in the standing “Free Shipping” promotion.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Be advised that both the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) do not make pickups or deliveries on holidays. This may delay your shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of interruptions of service caused by holidays.

 

Both USPS and UPS deliveries are also generally slower during the Christmas – New Year holiday timeframe. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take potential delays into account. We do our best during this holiday season to dispatch orders quickly. At times during the holiday season, we will enable a USPS Overnight Express or UPS Overnight Delivery option. Because of USPS pickup schedules at our location, orders received after 1:00pm (PST) will not normally ship same day.

 

Currently, the USPS is experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which may impact delivery times. The holiday cut off for standard USPS shipping is December 15th and the cut off for priority USPS shipping is December 17th. These cutoff dates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by Mona Mico Ranch.

 

Additionally, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered. In rare cases, package may show as ‘delivered’ but could take an additional 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of custom items, they are non returnable or refundable.

Mona and Mico  is not responsible for misspelling of words, or colors or size chosen by you.

We work with imperial system used in the United States ( inches, feet, yards, etc). If you used the metric system please do the conversion before placing your order. If after verification of your order we find we have made a mistake, we will fix the order at not cost to you.

Important Information

If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, you may return it or exchange your item(s) for a similar (i.e. same cost) item within 30 days of purchase. Clearance and Sales Item – The purchase of all sale or clearance items is final. We will not accept returns or exchanges.

 

 

Returns and exchanges must be in resell-able condition.  That is, tags must be in place and apparel items must be free of dog hair or any other dust or dirt, and must not smell of cigarette smoke or other household odors. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests that are deemed abusive or excessive.

 

Print on demand items and custom order are not eligible for refunds.
